A: Our cylinders are designed to be compatible with almost all drinking water bubblers. Simply select the appropriate valve type on the product page.
Q: Did you use the correct selection of the sparkling water maker when ordering?
A: Put the cylinder in the fridge for about 1 hour and try again. Hand-tighten the cylinder into the device and squeeze 2-3x hard to release CO2 as the cylinder is likely to be over-inflated. Look in the cylinder insert to see if the seal is present or could be porous.
