
QF-2 Oxygen Cylinder Valve is a device that regulates, guides or controls the flow of fluid (gas, liquid, fluidized solid or slurry) by opening, closing or partially blocking various channels. Valves are technically valve accessories, but are often discussed as a separate category.
In an open valve, fluid flows in the direction from high pressure to low pressure.
Industrial oxygen cylinders are cylindrical seamless containers extruded from high-quality steel or aluminum alloys. The head is equipped with a bottle valve and a bottle cap. The bottle body must be fitted with two rubber anti-vibration rings. Bottle valve is divided into active valve type and diaphragm type. From a structural point of view, the diaphragm type has better air tightness, but has a shorter service life.
The material of the cylinder valve does not chemically react with the gas in the cylinder and does not affect the gas quality. Choose the appropriate valve material according to the properties of the gas.
The structure of the bottle valve outlet can effectively prevent the wrong installation and misuse of the gas. The outlet thread of combustible gas is left-handed reverse thread, and the outlet thread of non-combustible gas is right-handed straight thread. The bottle valve material of oxygen or strong oxidizing gas must be made of flame retardant material without grease; the tools and connecting equipment in contact with it are strictly prohibited from applying grease.
