N2O gas cylinders are storage equipment used to transport and use nitrogen, resistant to high pressure, and can generally store high pressure liquid nitrogen. N2O is a dangerous chemical, colorless and sweet-smelling gas, an oxidizer that can support combustion under certain conditions but is stable at room temperature, has a slight narcotic effect, and can cause laughter.
Mid-Star’s N2O gas cylinders are manufactured according to ISO 7866, DOT-3AL and GB/T11640 standards, and many tests are done when they leave the factory, we guarantee that each product is qualified when it leaves the factory, you can rest assured to cooperate with Mid-Star.
Application

Nitrous oxide is an anesthetic that is commonly used for mild sedation and pain relief during medical and dental procedures because it helps relieve anxiety and relaxes the patient.
Nitrous oxide is also used by people for recreational purposes to feel intoxicated or euphoric. Recreational users usually dispense it into balloons and then inhale it directly into their mouths for euphoric effects and mild hallucinations.
Usage
1. Before using, make sure the connecting components aren't leaking. Apply soap solution for inspection, then make adjustments until there is absolutely no air leakage.
2. When using, flip open the main switch of the high pressure cylinder counterclockwise, watch the reading on the high pressure gauge, and note the total nitrogen pressure there.
3. The main spring will then be compressed when you crank the low pressure gauge pressure adjustment screw counterclockwise, opening the valve.
4. Thus, following throttling and decompression, the imported high pressure gas enters the low pressure chamber via the high pressure chamber and travels to the working system via the outlet.
5. Following usage, turn the pressure lowering valve unfastened by turning the cylinder main switch counterclockwise first.

FAQs
Q: Can food-grade N2O cans be used recreationally?
A: Recreational use of N2O canisters is not recommended because you can easily burn yourself with pressurized gas. Also, recreational use of N2O canisters may cause fatigue, excessive sweating, dizziness, vomiting, nausea, shivering, difficulty breathing, wheezing, hives, chills, and fever.
Q: Nitrogen cylinders are generally used in what industries?
A: Small ones are used in laboratories, and large ones like 40 liters are used in factories that need them, such as lightbulb manufacturing, the food industry, hospitals, metal welding, and so on.
