S80 Aluminum SCUBA Tank may not be as indispensable as water, but it's like fire that can make your life more interesting. They will mostly be built of stainless steel or aluminum, both with advantages and downsides. The steel will be heavier, requiring less ballast in our belts, which is fantastic, but it will rust faster in contact with water owing to its carbon content. Aluminum, since it is lightweight, will withstand oxidation better but will be more susceptible to shock. You will discover one or the other depending on where you dive. Aluminum tanks are now significantly less expensive to construct and have spread to several countries.

The sizes will range from 6 liters for the lowest to 18 liters for the largest, with 12 liters being the most frequent and widely utilized. Pony portable tanks, with capacities ranging from half a liter to 170 euros, are also available for use in situations when you are alone. Remind yourself that diving should always be done with a buddy, and that you are responsible for routinely checking your air. The tanks will be filled with the same air that we normally breathe, using sophisticated compressors and filters to remove contaminants and moisture from the air, at a pressure of 200 or 300 bars depending on its features.
