Before use, it is necessary to check whether the connection part is leaking, and it can be coated with soap for inspection, and it is confirmed that there is no leakage before the experiment.

After confirming that the pressure reducing valve is in the closed state (T adjustment screw release state), open the cylinder main valve counterclockwise, and observe the high pressure gauge reading, and then open a small switch on the left side of the pressure reducing valve counterclockwise, and then slowly turn the pressure reducing valve adjustment screw (T screw), so that its compression main spring will open the valve. Keep the pressure on the pressure relief table at the required pressure and record the pressure value on the pressure relief table.

After the end of use, turn off the cylinder main switch clockwise, and then loosen the pressure reducing valve counterclockwise.

Precautions

1. The room must be well ventilated to ensure that the maximum content of hydrogen in the air does not exceed 1% (volume ratio). The indoor air changes shall not be less than three times per hour, and the local ventilation air changes shall not be less than seven times per hour.

2. The distance between the hydrogen cylinder and the container and cylinder containing flammable and explosive substances and oxidizing gases should not be less than 8 meters.

3. The distance between it and the open flame or ordinary electrical equipment should not be less than 10 meters.

4. The distance between the air suction outlet and the air conditioning device, air compressor special air network and ventilation equipment should not be less than 20 meters.

5. The distance from other flammable gas storage sites should not be less than 20 meters.

6. Do not knock, collision; Cylinders should not be close to heat sources; Sun exposure should be protected in summer.

7. Special hydrogen pressure reducing valve must be used. When opening the cylinder, the operator should stand behind the valve port, and the action should be slow.

8. When the valve or pressure reducing valve leaks, it shall not continue to be used; When the valve is damaged, it is strictly prohibited to replace the valve under pressure in the cylinder.

9. It is strictly forbidden to exhaust the gas in the cylinder, and the residual pressure above 0.2-0.3MPa should be retained.
