SCUBA cylinder valve

The scuba cylinder valve is made of copper and chrome-plated steel. It is fixed on the cylinder with threads, which can block the air in the cylinder, and automatically open when you inhale and close when you exhale.

There are currently two types of valves on the market, one is the standard (Yoke) type and the other is the top (DIN) valve.

The first-stage head of the DIN valve interface is connected to the gas cylinder at the DIN port through threads, and the maximum working pressure can reach 200 bar or 300 bar.

After the first-stage head of the Yoke interface is aligned with the Yoke-style cylinder valve, it is pressed against the cylinder valve through the screw (Yoke screw) on the first-stage head. This is a clamping fastening method that can withstand a maximum pressure of around 200 bar.
